Welcome to ViewRunner ("ViewRunner", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ViewRunner website, mobile applications, services, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").
ViewRunner is an online digital engagement platform that connects individuals seeking to earn rewards by completing eligible online tasks with advertisers and organizations seeking genuine exposure for their websites, videos, products, services, and digital content.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, whichever is higher.
If local laws permit minors to use online services with parental consent, you represent that such consent has been obtained before using the Platform.
ViewRunner reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
ViewRunner is intended for users across Africa and other supported countries.
Availability of specific services, payment methods, rewards, promotions, or advertiser campaigns may differ depending on your country.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You must notify ViewRunner immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each individual may maintain only one personal account unless expressly authorized in writing by ViewRunner.
Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, bonuses, referrals, or promotional benefits is prohibited.
Accounts found to violate this policy may be suspended or permanently terminated.
ViewRunner provides services including, but not limited to:
• Watching videos for eligible rewards
• Visiting websites
• Completing promotional tasks
• Referral programs
• Website promotion
• Video promotion
• Digital advertising campaigns
• Analytics and campaign reporting
Additional services may be introduced from time to time.
You agree to:
Use the Platform lawfully.
Provide truthful information.
Respect other users.
Complete tasks honestly.
Keep your account secure.
Comply with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Platform.
Advertisers agree that all submitted campaigns shall:
comply with applicable laws;
accurately describe promoted products or services;
not contain malware, phishing, spyware, or malicious software;
not promote hate speech, violence, terrorism, human trafficking, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, or unlawful activities;
not contain deceptive or misleading claims.
ViewRunner reserves the right to reject, suspend, edit, or remove any campaign at its sole discretion.
To maintain fairness, ViewRunner actively monitors activity for fraud.
Prohibited conduct includes:
fake clicks;
bots;
automated viewing;
click farms;
VPN abuse intended to manipulate location restrictions;
emulators;
multiple accounts;
fraudulent referrals;
identity fraud;
payment fraud;
account sharing;
artificially inflating campaign results.
Any suspected abuse may result in:
reward cancellation;
payment reversal;
account suspension;
permanent account termination;
legal action where appropriate.
Rewards are earned only after successful verification of eligible task completion.
ViewRunner reserves the right to:
verify activity;
investigate suspicious behaviour;
reverse invalid earnings;
delay withdrawals while reviews are conducted.
Completion of a task does not automatically guarantee payment if fraud or policy violations are detected.
Users may submit eligible withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold and other requirements displayed on the Platform.
ViewRunner processes withdrawal requests once per month. All eligible withdrawal requests submitted during a calendar month will ordinarily be reviewed and processed as part of the end-of-month payment cycle.
Before payment is approved, ViewRunner may conduct an account and activity audit. This review may include verification of task activity, promotional rewards, referrals, account ownership, identity information where required, fraud indicators, and compliance with these Terms.
Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold where an account requires additional verification or investigation.
Where ViewRunner identifies invalid, duplicated, manipulated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible earnings, ViewRunner reserves the right to adjust or reverse those earnings before processing the withdrawal.
Once an eligible withdrawal has been approved for the end-of-month payment cycle, ViewRunner aims to complete payment within seven (7) days after the end of the applicable calendar month.
The seven-day period is an estimated processing period and does not guarantee that funds will appear in the user's account within exactly seven days. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
Withdrawals remain subject to:
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds.
• Sufficient eligible account balance.
• Account and activity verification.
• Identity verification where required.
• Fraud and security screening.
• Compliance with these Terms.
• Availability and requirements of the selected payment provider.
• Accurate payment information supplied by the user.
ViewRunner is not responsible for delays caused by banks, mobile money operators, payment gateways, telecommunications providers, incorrect payment information supplied by users, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances outside ViewRunner's reasonable control.
If a withdrawal request fails, is rejected, or requires additional verification, it may be moved to a subsequent payment cycle after the issue has been resolved.
ViewRunner aims to provide genuine engagement from real users.
However, we do not guarantee:
sales;
conversions;
search engine rankings;
advertising revenue;
subscriber growth;
business success.
Campaign performance depends on numerous factors outside our control.
All software, trademarks, branding, graphics, logos, text, designs, source code, and content on the Platform remain the exclusive property of ViewRunner or its licensors.
No rights are transferred except those expressly granted under these Terms.
ViewRunner may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice where users:
violate these Terms;
engage in fraudulent activity;
abuse the Platform;
submit unlawful content;
interfere with Platform operations.
Termination may result in forfeiture of pending rewards obtained in violation of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ViewRunner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ViewRunner during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
ViewRunner does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet every user's expectations.
ViewRunner may update these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ViewRunner is incorporated, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of a user's country require otherwise.
